Alexey Vysotsky
Chief Director
Architect of meaning and emotion
Alexey designs experiences — building living structures from music, light, artists, and pauses — and thinks through every second on stage.
With 100+ large-scale events behind him — from SHAMAN concerts on Red Square to the opening of Zaryadye Park and world championships — he turns ideas into clear plans, so everything runs smoothly, on script, and with care for the smallest details.

His method blends creative vision with discipline: Alexey speaks the same language with artists of any level, builds the process from concept to final bows, works with deep respect for the audience, and knows how to make an event truly memorable.
Sergei Zabyrin

FAQ

In our context, “to book” doesn’t mean “message the artist.” It means securing a performance for a specific date — legally and operationally.
How it usually works:

  1. Brief — date/time, city, venue, format (private/public), guest count, budget range, and preferences (artist or style).
  2. Availability & initial terms — we contact representatives, confirm windows, and lock an option (when possible).
  3. Riders — we request and align the technical and hospitality riders: sound/light/stage, dressing rooms, security, timing, and team requirements.
  4. Contract & payment — we confirm details, sign the agreement, and process the deposit/tranche per terms.
  5. Production & logistics — flights, accommodation, transfers, local crew, equipment, on-site control, stage entry, the final chord.

You celebrate. We stay behind the scenes and keep everything in hand.

There is no single “forever price,” because it depends on:

  • the format (private/closed events are often more expensive than public ones);
  • the date and the artist’s schedule (touring, recording, time off, seasonality);
  • location and logistics complexity (flights, visas, cargo, security);
  • how scope (set, team size, rehearsals, special requests);
  • deal structure: sometimes it’s all-in (one number), sometimes the fee is separate and production/travel comes as a separate budget.

How we work: we take your brief and budget corridor; send an official request; return with a confirmed price and a clear list of “what’s included / what’s separate” — no surprises.

Sometimes — within 24 hours, if the artist is available and the decision is made quickly. Otherwise, we’ll give you the fastest realistic timeline.

Speed comes down to two things: the artist’s availability and the pace of approvals. When a date is held as an option, the decision window is often short — so responsiveness matters.

What can be done quickly:

  • shortlist 2–3 strong options and check availability;
  • align the rider essentials
  • prepare and approve the contract;
  • set key logistics and start production.

What usually slows things down:

  • complex technical requirements (light/sound/video/cargo);
  • visa and security questions;
  • long rider negotiations and venue details.

If you need it as fast as possible, send: date/time, city, venue/format, guest count, preferred artists or style, and a budget range — and we’ll start immediately.
